RETURNS

We accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please email info@akdancewear.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Return approval is required before sending any items back. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned without prior authorization.

 

• • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • In-Store Returns: Online purchases may be returned in person at our flagship store in Lewisville, TX; provided they meet the conditions of this Return Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total below $150, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please always contact us prior to sending your return items back. If an order is returned to us by the carrier as “Returned to Sender,” it will be treated as abandoned unless the customer contacts us prior. These items are not eligible for refunds or automatic reshipment. Customers who wish to have the order resent must request reshipment and cover the cost of new postage, as original shipping labels cannot be reused.

Tights & undergarments, Gift cards, Bundle and Last Call items are not eligible for return or refund.

 

EXCHANGE

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item in accordance with our Return Policy.
