Shipping & Delivery

  • We typically ship your order within 1-2 business days after being placed.

    Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

    USPS Priority Mail - from 1 to 3 business days*.

    * Please note that per the United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations and policy, delivery days are not guaranteed against delays or to be delivered on a specific date.  The above guidelines are advertised average business day delivery and are estimated time based on USPS's past performance.  Postage refund for any delay in delivery is not allowed by the USPS.  If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please reach out to us in email at info@akdancewear.com for further assistance.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $150 and $300+ for international orders.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

    USPS Priority Mail International - from 6 to 8 business days.*

    USPS Priority Mail Express International - from 3 to 5 business days.*

    Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Returns & Refunds

  • We are happy to refund returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, less shipping cost. If you received free shipping and your return brings the order total below $150, AK Dancewear's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Simply email us at info@akdancewear.com and stating the reason of request. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Refunds will only be issued to original form of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. Gift cards, Bundle and Last call items are not eligible for return.

    EXCEPTIONS

    Due to their discounted nature, free or promotional items, last call items, bundle items, and mystery bags are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you know your sizes before purchasing items in these categories to ensure a perfect fit. If you need assistance with sizing, please feel free to contact us.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
