Celebrating our first flagship store inauguration, we are now able to host in-store event for our fellow AK dancers! This time, we invited Allie Christensen from AlignFitness by Allie, to provide an one and a half hour workshop session to our fellow AK Ambassadors focusing on injury prevention. Though dancers are strong and versatile, we believe it is important to stress about how to proactively remind ourselves to train smart and not just hard.
